We all live in the world of routine life, experience its cruelty at every point and helplessly stare at it. At some point or the other we do feel the uncontrollable urge to get out of it but when the reality hits we realise that it's hardly possible. At this point we want to look up to something or someone. Someone who will fulfill our unfulfilled desires, someone who will punish the devils around and give the inner satisfaction, someone who will do the extraordinary things which we all want to do from heart but cant in reality. Hencr are born Angry Young Men and Superheroes.... We see our desires to punish the evil getting fulfilled through them... In short, a superhero is a far-from-materialisable incarnation of our own...
There was a man who created many of these superheroes, he brought them to our life. Despite being superheroes, he made them one of us by cursing them with the same day-to-day hurdles as we face, the same emotional problems we all go through, made them fight their inner battles while defeating their un-human enemies.... We all cheered with joy when Spidey defeated Goblin, we felt happy but had some feelings for Dr. Octavious when he died, we felt sad for Sandman, we pumped our fists when Hulk smashed Loki like a bunch of laundry clothes and many more countless others... Our dreams came true in the comics and later on the screen... From our routine world, he transported us to his own world, and later to a place called 'Marvel Cinematic Universe'...
The man who was at the root of all this, the man whose cameos we all enjoyed, has now gone to a world of no-return... Thank you Stan Lee, thank you far making us forget our miserable world, thank you for bringing out inner superpowers through a number of Superhero characrers.... Rest in peace Excelsior !
